For quality issues, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. For food-safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty. Numbered editions are non-refundable once dispatched.

You can request access to or deletion of your data, and withdraw marketing consent, at any time. Voice messages have clear access, expiry and delete controls.
